About Monica

Monica embarked on her insurance career in 2012, starting as a broker at Ontario Teacher’s Insurance plan after dedicating 8 years to Travel and Tourism. Fueled by a passion for music, she relocated to Toronto to pursue studies in songwriting and performance. Striking a harmonious balance, Monica worked as a broker during the day and showcased her musical talents at night. Thriving in the opportunities of the big city, she gained experience in various areas of property and casualty insurance, including Private Client and Commercial. After a fulfilling 5 years in Toronto, Monica answered the call to return to her hometown of Cambridge, especially with a baby on the way. Welcoming her son in March 2023, she eagerly resumed work in January, bringing her enriched knowledge and skills to Switch Insurance.
